Cut your grocery bill this next year!

Hey gals...I just read an article in Money magazine. It talks about a site called the grocery game, which helps link weekly specials at the grocery store with manufactures coupons found in the Sunday paper. It costs $10 for 8 weeks(they have a trial period for a buck), but can help you save lots of money by buying what's on sale and stocking up. I am going to check it out.

I'm curious to hear how it goes. I'd love to save some money!!! I tried doing the coupon thing early on in our marriage. The problem I ran into was that I just didn't use a lot of the prepackaged foods and you can only stockpile so much TP. But I could really use some deals these days I might just spend a buck to see how 'The Game' works.

This grocery game started in Texas and I tried it last spring. It was a good idea and I have friends who sware by it. I already shop by stockpiling what I use all the time. I hate clipping coupons. I you can only shop on Sun, Mon or Tues. and my schedule does not make it possible to shop those days. Good luck.I will be glad to know how it goes for you.
