Julie's Garden tour

Herbs, Marigolds and cantaloupe
My Homegrown Kids, Sunflowers, and tomatoes
My raised garden
A Days harvest of carrots, zucchini, tomatoes, yellow pear tomatoes, pepperincini
Cantaloupe
Well, I tried my hand at my first veggie garden this summer. I had some disappointments, but I had a lot of successes, too! There is nothing like eating veggies you have grown yourself...What a miracle to see it all come up from seed or small plantings. My faith has been renewed in a whole new way.

That is wonderful! I know Julia has been bugging me for a garden. We'll have to take tips from you!

Wow, oh, wow, oh, wow!
We have been slow to get a fence around our garden. We have tried a couple of years to grow veggies and flowers. But the deer just come and eat it all up. We finally got every thing we need for a fence this year. Now we need to put it up. I hope we can have vegetables as beautiful as you next year.

Goodness, Blake, you sure are spicy!

(Reminds me of your 4th of July commentaries!)

Jules,

Great garden! Last time I looked, the raised garden was nearly empty...you've done a wonderful job.

"...someday..."(she sighed to herself)

Okay, so my computer kept telling me it would post my comment. I guess it did.
Gee, I wish this fly would stop bugging me.

The FLY, huh?

Well, good excuse as any, I'd say!

I hope it is okay to place this link on my blogsite. It is so inspiring to me. You look as if you homeschool your children. I homeschool one of mine and am thinking about doing the other two. Anyway, thank you for all of your beautiful pictures and such. You are a marvelous woman.
